"Love this place. I was on a budget and had gotten an invoice for the cost. I was getting new tires, mounting, and balancing. I had to save the money. When I finally had it, the tire I ordered went up because of inflation. No surprise there. But they were so great to let me know and went out of their way to check around. They made sure I got what I wanted and at the price they quoted me. And when it was time I was in and out! I am so appreciative! Thank you again so very much!"

"I recommend Eastside Tire & Oil. Two weeks ago, I needed a tire plugged. Eastside met the need early in the day for a nominal cost. However, this is not why I gave a 5-star rating. Hopefully any tire company can perform this service. I was moved by their "honesty."

I accidentallyly left an item of significant value at the store. One of the service techs and the front office clerk kept the item safe until I could claim it, which was five days later. I was moved by their honesty. My family used Holland Tire for all our needs over the last decade. We will commit our business to Eastside from here on out."

"My son was heading home for fall break but had a slow leak in his tire. He only had one hour between classes and practice to get it checked out before his three-hour drive home that night.

I made a call to Eastside to see if they could get him in. The sweetest lady said to send him up during that time period and they would be waiting on him. They patched his tire and made sure all other tires were good to go so he could safely drive home. They had him in and out in 15 minutes. I truly appreciate all of their help!"

"I can’t say enough good things about this place. They are exactly what you want from a small-town shop. Lori is so accommodating to the customers' needs. They will come get your car and even drop it back off to you.

They put on a new set of tires for me and changed a wheel. I had another issue that they don’t do there. She drove my car over to her husband's body shop and had him fix it then and there. I’m more than pleased with this tire shop and they will be my go-to from here on out. Thanks Lori, and team!"

"I just want to give a shout out to an amazing lady and the crew she works with. Yesterday I went in to get new tires. I called the owner to set everything up and schedule a time to take my truck in.

I got there and it ended up being one problem after another (lug nuts wouldn't come off, tires wouldn't fit; you name it then it probably happened). The owner was sweet (while I was ready to scream, cry, and pull my hair out).

I had the day all nicely planned out.  My tires should have only taken an hour then I was off to get my hair and nails done. Well, by the time we got everything figured out with my BEAST of a truck, it was time my salon appointment.

The owner said, "Where do u need to go? I will take you, and the guys can work on your truck. We will take care of the BEAST, you go enjoy your spa day."

Not only did she take me to my appointment, but she also brought me the truck when they were done. Where was this you may ask? EASTSIDE TIRE & OIL owned by Ms. Lori Jean Andrus-Hopkins. Her team is amazing and made sure my truck was fixed and I still got my spa day. Thank you so much and again I'm so sorry by truck was a BEAST to the team. She truly lived up to her name."
